At Wazirz, we aim to ensure a seamless and trustworthy experience. Due to the digital nature of our services, some transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

1. Gift Card Purchases

  • All gift card purchases are processed through the Wazirz website.
  • Gift cards are issued by Pinelabs (Qwikcilver) and delivered instantly.
  • Once purchased, gift cards are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • Wazirz is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.
  • Please verify brand terms, validity, and denominations before confirming your order.
  • No refund will be issued for incorrect or accidental purchases unless a system error occurs on Wazirz’s end.

2. Double or Incorrect Payments

If you’ve accidentally made a double payment or an incorrect transaction due to a technical issue, email us at support@wazirz.com with:

  • Registered mobile number or email ID
  • Transaction ID(s)
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Screenshot or proof of payment

Once validated, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
  • Wazirz is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
