At Wazirz, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience to our customers. Since the products sold on our platform are digital gift cards and e-gift vouchers, certain cancellation and refund limitations apply. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
🎁 1. Nature of Products
💳All products sold on Wazirz are digital gift cards / vouchers.
📦These are digital products, not physical items.
📩Gift cards are delivered electronically via Email / User Account.
🚫 2. Cancellation Policy
❌Due to the digital nature of the products:
- - Cancellation is not allowed after successful delivery
- - Orders cannot be modified once payment is successful
- - Brand or amount selected incorrectly by the customer is not eligible for cancellation
🔁 3. Refund Policy (Non-Refundable Cases)
🚫Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
- - Gift card once issued or delivered
- - Partially or fully redeemed gift cards
- - Incorrect brand, denomination, or quantity selected by the customer
- - Customer's failure to use the gift card within its validity
- - Non-delivery due to incorrect email ID or mobile number provided by the customer
✅ 4. Refund Policy (Eligible Cases)
💰Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- - Failed transaction where the amount is debited but gift card is not issued
- - Duplicate / double payment for the same order due to technical issues
📌Refunds are subject to verification and approval by Wazirz.

🔄Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
⏱️Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.
🏦Wazirz is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
