At Wazirz, we aim to ensure a seamless and trustworthy experience. Due to the digital nature of our services, some transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
1. Gift Card Purchases
- All gift card purchases are processed through the Wazirz website.
- Gift cards are issued by Pinelabs (Qwikcilver) and delivered instantly.
- Once purchased, gift cards are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Wazirz is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.
- Please verify brand terms, validity, and denominations before confirming your order.
- No refund will be issued for incorrect or accidental purchases unless a system error occurs on Wazirz’s end.
2. Double or Incorrect Payments
If you’ve accidentally made a double payment or an incorrect transaction due to a technical issue, email us at support@wazirz.com with:
- Registered mobile number or email ID
- Transaction ID(s)
- Date and time of the transaction
- Screenshot or proof of payment
Once validated, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
- Wazirz is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
